Esper Visits Carnegie Mellon
Great meetings this week at CarnegieMellon, where we established the Army AI Task Force as a key pillar of
Army Futures Command that I launched in August of 2018 to modernize the Army. Major progress being made thanks to support from CMU President Jahanian, Army Futures Command leaders, and the Pittsburgh community.
As I told Wolf Blitzer - Israel sent a clear message today: we can strike the interior of Iran if we want and have the will to do so. Last week’s defeat of Iran’s missile strikes was defense; today was deterrence. It’s overdue for the West to unite and compel better behavior from Iran or the cycle continues.
